Shipping Policy for Nacréa

1. Shipping costs and delivery time

We ship both within and outside Germany. Shipping costs are €3.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €30.

Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received and handed over to our shipping provider. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping provider

Shipping is carried out reliably with Deutsche Post and DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.

4. Undeliverable shipments

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will need to charge the shipping costs for resending the order.

5. Damages or delivery issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at info@nacrea.de. If the package is visibly damaged, please document this with photos and send them to us.

6. Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.
